Project Introduction

This project represents a deliberate effort to articulate a vision of office architecture grounded in a minimalist approach to materiality and a disciplined composition of lines. This design philosophy prioritizes the establishment of a strong visual identity while rigorously adhering to principles of simplicity, order, and functional optimization. The facade employs light cream stone, unembellished linear details, and a restrained formal language. This creates a framework that harmonizes with surrounding greenery and achieves a calibrated balance between solid elements, recesses, and vertical projections. The result is a design strategy that is both materially and economically justified, while simultaneously fostering visual harmony and a sense of environmental calm. The articulation of the facade’s form and detailing is carefully considered to ensure a clear visual hierarchy among its components. This allows each floor to maintain a distinct character, yet contributes seamlessly to the building’s overall compositional unity.

Project Objectives

  • Functional and Visual Minimalism: To realize a form that is both simple and transparent, facilitating the optimal and honest use of materials.
  • Logical Spatial Zoning: To organize the floor plates for office use with a primary focus on smooth and highly efficient user circulation.
  • Facade and Greenery Harmony: To utilize a soft color palette and natural materials, fostering a tranquil atmosphere and a sense of integration with the site’s landscape.
  • Functional Interior Design: To implement minimalist space planning within the interiors to enhance the daily user experience and support workplace productivity.
  • Responsive Urban Integration: To position and design the building to carefully balance occupant privacy, framed views of the urban context, and optimal natural daylighting, consciously avoiding trendy or transient formal gestures.

Analysis of Spaces and Plans

  • (Ground) Floor; This level accommodates the main entrance with convenient public access, a defined lobby and waiting area, and designated parking. A fluid circulation path is established, seamlessly connecting the entrance to the elevator core and staircase, thus providing direct and intuitive access to the upper floors.
  • Office Floors; Each floor is efficiently subdivided into individual work offices and shared meeting rooms. An open-plan concept, coupled with strategically maintained visual axes, creates a bright and agreeable working environment. Structural columns and fixed partitions are minimized to maximize flexibility for future arrangement of workstations and office equipment.

  • Interior Design; The interior scheme features simple, low-profile furniture, a neutral color palette, and natural material finishes, cultivating a calm and cohesive work atmosphere. Abundant natural light floods the spaces through full-height windows and extensive glazing, providing a bright and pleasant environment for occupants.
  • Section and Roof; The building section clearly illustrates an efficient vertical circulation strategy and well-proportioned floor heights. The roof, with its simple, sloping design, not only maintains formal coherence with the facade but also performs pragmatically in managing rainwater runoff and facilitating natural ventilation.

  • Project Facade: The facade is conceived with a distinctly minimalist vocabulary, characterized by clean lines, a muted material palette, and carefully restrained detailing. The separation of floors is legibly expressed through a rhythm of horizontal and vertical banding. Generously sized windows and openings ensure ample penetration of natural light while establishing a continuous visual dialogue with the exterior surroundings. In its simplicity, the facade asserts a unique identity, deliberately distancing itself from conventional urban architectural patterns.

  • Facade Details: The execution of the facade details places paramount importance on craftsmanship and precision in material junctions. Meticulously aligned and consistent mortar joints reinforce the clarity of the underlying design lines. Furthermore, the precise arrangement of stone cladding, the subtle patterning of brickwork, and the crisp framing of openings; all while adhering to a minimalist ethos, collectively enhance the facade’s textural depth and visual quality.
